Yes. All our bags are handcrafted, one by one, in limited editions. At Velvet Atelier, we value the time, precision, and dedication that each piece requires, taking care of every detail so that each creation has its own soul.
Each bag is made exclusively from fine materials, selected for their quality, origin, and ethical commitment:
- High-quality Frenchvelvet, chosen for its enveloping texture, durability, and responsible sourcing.
- Premium Italian calfskin leather, produced under strict ecological and ethical standards.
- Custom metalfittings, made entirely in Spain, with premium finishes and the logo engraved as a seal of authenticity.
Yes. Each bag is unique. As they are made using traditional craftsmanship, no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations are part of their identity and reflect the exclusive and authentic character of each creation.
We launch limited edition capsule collections and will soon be adding a section dedicated to customization to our website, where you can choose from different options to make your bag even more personal.

In addition, we offer luxury multi-brand stores the possibility of creating exclusive color combinations, available only at their physical point of sale.
All our bags are carefully prepared in our atelier in Spain. Before being shipped, each piece undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We ship throughout the European Union. For international orders outside Europe, please contact us and we will assess your case individually.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (mainland): 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days
- International (upon request): varies depending on destination
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company's link.
The courier company will contact you to schedule a newdelivery or pick-up at a nearby location.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and payments via PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure platforms, ensuring maximum protection of your data.
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that the bag has not been used and is in perfect condition, with all its original packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted withoutprior authorization.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Velvet Atelier. In such situations, we assume all costs.

At Velvet Atelier, we understand that the experience of owning a bag begins long before you carry it. From the conception of each design to the moment it reaches the hands of the person who chooses it, we take care of every detail with the same dedication we put into our creations.
Our packaging is an essential part of that experience: a tribute to elegance, texture, and the art of detail. We have designed unique, sensory packaging, intended to make each delivery as special as the piece it contains.
On each product page, you can include a text to add a card with a personal message, if you wish.
The Box
The Velvet Atelier box consists of two pieces:
a solid base in deep black and a lid covered in high-quality Italian velvet paper in the brand's corporate color. In the center, the Velvet Atelier logo is engraved in black, creating a subtle and sophisticated contrast.
We offer two box formats, carefully adapted to the dimensions of each bag model.
The Dust Bag
Each bag comes in a premium suede dust bag, in a leather tone, soft to the touch and resistant to wear and tear.
It features a leather plaque engraved with the Velvet Atelier logo, as a mark of authenticity and elegance. Like the boxes, the bags are sized to fit each handbag, ensuring protection and aesthetic harmony.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Velvet Atelier bags are made from the highest quality velvet, a noble material that requires specific care to maintain its beauty, texture, and durability. Here is a practical guide to caring for your bag:
Cleaning and maintenance of velvet
Use a clothes brush with soft natural bristles or one specifically designed for velvet.
Always brush in the same direction as the fabric's pile, without applying excessive pressure.
→ Ideal for removing lint, dust, or dry debris during regular maintenance.
Additional tip: A slightly dampened rubber glove can also work gently to trap particles.
Use it only if it is a mild adhesive that does not leave residue.
→ Useful for removing hair, specks, or fibers.
Avoid pressing too hard; use short, gentle strokes.
If dust or dirt is stuck to the surface, lightly dampen a microfiber cloth with warm water.
→ Gently wipe the affected area, following the direction of the fabric.
Never soak the velvet: excess water can damage its texture or leave marks.
To restore volume to the fibers or remove slight marks, you can apply steam with a handheld steamer or vertical iron.
→ Always maintain a distance of 15–20 cm.
Never iron velvet directly.
Absorb immediately with clean paper or a dry cloth, without rubbing.
Apply a very gentle mixture of water and mild soap with a white cotton pad or cloth, dabbing lightly.
Allow to air dry, away from sunlight or direct heat sources.
What should you always avoid?
- Commercial wet wipes (may contain harsh chemicals).
- Aggressive detergents, bleach, or alcohol.
- Rubbing vigorously or brushing harshly.
- Machine wash or soak in water.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, or direct heat.
